With his deep interest in the practice of Mindfulness, and his passion for Leadership Development, Yves became a Certified Teacher of the ‘Search Inside Yourself’ mindful leadership program back in 2018. He teaches this powerful program, along with other SIY-certified programs, in different formats and lengths, in organizations and public programs.

With his purpose to cultivate the benefits of mindful leadership in the workplace… and in the world, and based on his 30 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in both Human Resources and Training, Yves has a solid understanding of the critical leadership competencies that are required to be successful in today’s world, and how they can be developed in leaders and teams.
